Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist - $2,210 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their home environment.
• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans to promote independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and caregivers.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience in home health setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel and work in various locations within Colorado.

Qualifications

• Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Current CPR certification.
