Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a position in Wichita, Kansas.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their home environment
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement and modify treatment plans as needed
• Document progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members

Requirements

• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in home health setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the national certification exam

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
