About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Lexington, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a home health setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and caregivers
Requirements
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Kentucky
- Experience in home health care setting preferred
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Passing score on the national certification exam
- Current CPR certification

Pay
