Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist - $2,190 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Jefferson City, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a home health setting
• Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with families and caregivers

Requirements

• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist
• At least one year of recent home health experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel and work in various locations within Missouri

Qualifications

• Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam
• Experience working with individuals with physical, developmental, and cognitive disabilities
• Knowledge of home health care practices and regulations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems
