Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in a home health setting.
• Complete OASIS assessments and computer charting.
• Cover a designated territory.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Missouri.
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain certification.
• Previous OASIS experience.
• Previous experience with computer charting.
• 6 months of previous home health care experience.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Contract Details

• 13-week contract.
• 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.
• Paid by the hour – not by the visit.
• Designated territory of coverage.

Pay

$2,020 - $2,186 per week.
