Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in home health settings.

• Travel within a designated territory using reliable transportation.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
• Active Indiana Occupational Therapist license.
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
• Previous OASIS experience.
• 6 months of home health care experience.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

$2,020 - $2,186 per week for 40 hours (8-hour shifts). Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
