Job Description & Requirements
Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Logansport, Indiana and the surrounding areas. The position is available for travel and starts ASAP for a duration of 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Indiana.
- CPR Certified or able to obtain.
- Previous OASIS experience.
- Previous experience with Computer Charting.
- 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience.
- Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation.
Contract Details
- $2,020 - $2,186 per week.
- 25-week contract.
- Paid by the hour - not by the visit.
- Occupational Therapist will have a designated territory of coverage.
