Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist - $2,186 per week

About the role

Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Warrenton, Virginia and the surrounding areas. This is a 13-week travel assignment with a 40-hour work week and 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in a home health setting
• Complete OASIS assessments
• Utilize computer charting systems
• Cover a designated territory

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Virginia
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain
• Previous OASIS experience
• Previous experience with Computer Charting
• 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation

Pay

$2,020 - $2,186 per week. Paid by the hour - not by the visit.
