Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist - $2,130 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 11, 2026, in Roseville, Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records

Requirements

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Minnesota
• Experience in SNF settings preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Passing score on the national certification exam

Pay

• Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
• Tax-free stipend amount to be determined
