Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist - $2,125 per week

Job Description

Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week Home Health assignment serving patients throughout the Tucson metro area. This full-time opportunity features a Monday-Friday schedule, no weekends, guaranteed hours, and the opportunity to provide personalized, one-on-one care in patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and reassessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on ADLs and functional independence
• Provide interventions for strength, coordination, balance, cognition, upper extremity function, and home safety
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications
• Educate patients and caregivers on energy conservation, safety, and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary home health team
• Complete timely documentation using Netsmart EMR

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 Year Home Health Experience Required
• Netsmart EMR Experience Preferred
• Mileage Reimbursement: $0.35/mile
• Coverage Area: Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Sahuarita, Green Valley & surrounding communities
• AZ OT License Required
• BLS Required
