About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract starting immediately in Dubuque, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their home environment
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Implement and modify treatment plans as necessary
- Document progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in Iowa
- Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
- At least one year of relevant clinical experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam
- Knowledge of home health care practices and regulations
- Proficiency in computer software for documentation and scheduling
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed

Pay
- Based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
