Travel Home Care Physical Therapist - $2,618 per week

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 16-week assignment in Barre, Vermont.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Vermont.
• At least one year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience with various therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of patient care policies and procedures.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
