A travel Physical Therapist is needed for a position in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin starting August 3, 2026, for 13 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient’s health history
• Diagnose the patient’s functions and movements
• Develop and implement a specialized plan of care for the patient’s benefit

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Wisconsin
• At least one year of experience in physical therapy
• Ability to work flexible hours (10 hours per day, 40 hours per week)

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
