Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services for patients in a travel assignment setting
• Work 5x8 hour day shifts (08:00:00-16:00:00)
• Deliver patient care in accordance with facility standards and requirements

Requirements

• Current New Hampshire license
• AHA BLS and ACLS certification
• Additional certifications related to this specialty as required
• Primary residence must be located at least 50 miles from the facility address
• 2 years of recent experience in Physical Therapy

Schedule

• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours, days (5x8)
