About the role

We're hiring Travel Healthcare Recruiters to join our September 21st Recruiter-in-Training (RIT) class. This is NOT a traditional HR recruiting role. You'll function as a sales professional, partnering with traveling healthcare clinicians and helping them find career opportunities across the country.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and build relationships with travel nurses and allied healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and maintain your own book of business.
  • Possess confidence making outbound calls and engaging with people you've never met.
  • Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the hiring process.
  • Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat placements.

Requirements

  • Experience in a relationship-driven or sales-oriented role, such as inside or outside sales, college admissions, hospitality, bartending, serving, insurance, real estate, business development, or other customer-facing roles where building relationships and influencing decisions are key to success.
  • A proven ability to build trust and develop lasting relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A competitive mindset with a desire to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to bounce back from challenges.
  • The ability to learn, accept coaching, and continuously improve.
  • Proficiency with technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.

Qualifications

  • High-volume sales or business development experience.
  • Experience working toward daily or weekly performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Experience building a pipeline, overcoming objections, and closing opportunities.

Pay

$45,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Earnings.
