About the role

Provide rapid-response, high-quality emergency care by assessing patient conditions, triaging, administering treatments, collaborating with healthcare teams, and documenting care in electronic medical records. Ensure patient safety, respond to life-threatening situations, explain procedures, and support patient education.

Responsibilities

• Assess and prioritize incoming patients
• Monitor vital signs
• Assist in emergency procedures
• Maintain safety protocols
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver efficient patient-centered care
• Document care in electronic medical records

Requirements

• Minimum one year ER experience
• Valid RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Strong critical thinking, communication, interpersonal, and technical skills
• Physical and sensory abilities required to perform clinical duties effectively
