MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for an Emergency Department assignment in Beckley, West Virginia. The position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in the Emergency Room, with a start date of October 12, 2026, a duration of 13 weeks, and a travel employment type. MedPro is a Joint Commission‑certified staffing agency that places nursing travelers in top healthcare facilities nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients with various illnesses or trauma requiring emergency attention and recognize and effectively treat life‑threatening conditions.
• Assess, intervene, and stabilize a variety of trauma and illnesses with decisive action.
• Maintain knowledge of general and specific health issues to address the range of conditions requiring urgent treatment.
• Understand and apply triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients, including both physical and mental health conditions.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required in some positions.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by the client facility.
