Travel ER RN - $1,935 per week

About the role

We're looking for Emergency Room RNs for an immediate travel nurse opening in Jamestown, ND. The right RN should have 1‑2 years of recent acute care experience. As an ER Travel Nurse, you will work with a diverse team of caregivers to appropriately evaluate, triage and implement care using correct procedures and physician instructions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, triage and implement patient care per physician instructions
• Perform minor medical operations
• Advise patients and family on illnesses or injuries
• Plan long‑term care needs
• Document medical history and check for allergies
• Obtain patient vital signs
• Monitor patients’ emotional and physical well‑being
• Provide basic bedside care
• Clean and bandage wounds
• Administer IV therapy
• Maintain supplies and medical equipment
• Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies
• Stand and walk for long periods; bend, lean and stoop without difficulty
• Lift up to 20 pounds routinely; patient moving/lifting may require up to 50 pounds
• Cope with stress in a fast‑paced environment
• Relate to people of all ages and backgrounds

Requirements

• Current RN license
• BLS certification
• 1‑2 years of recent acute care experience (minimum 2 years as noted)

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Start date: October 19, 2026; duration: 6 weeks; shift: 12‑hour rotating shifts; 36 hours per week.
