Travel ER RN - $1,729 per week

About the role

Location: Fairmont, West Virginia. Start Date: 10/17/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-level care in the Emergency Department, managing a diverse range of cases, and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and manage IV therapies.
• Perform triage, assessing patients' conditions promptly and accurately.
• Provide care for patients with critical and urgent conditions.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions and vital signs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Assist with diagnostic tests and prepare patients for procedures.
• Implement infection control measures and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in an acute care setting, preferably in Emergency or Trauma.
• Current West Virginia or Compact RN License required; pending license accepted for submission.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS through the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Experience with Cerner charting system is required.
• Must provide at least 2 managerial or charge nurse references from the past 2 years.
