Travel ER Nurse - Night Shifts (3x12), Weekly Pay

We are seeking an ER Travel Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment at a hospital in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will rapidly triage incoming patients, prioritize care based on acuity, and administer time-sensitive medications and interventions. You will also assist with stabilization, testing, and patient disposition alongside the emergency team. The position requires 2+ years of recent ER experience and an active Texas RN license. Responsibilities include Assessing patients across various acuity levelsResponding to emergent situations such as cardiac events, strokes, trauma, and sepsisAdministering emergency medications and IV therapyResponding to codes and trauma activations as part of the resuscitation team The shift is Nights (3x12) using the Meditech EMR system.
