About the role
This ER travel nurse role involves providing urgent care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Triaging and assessing patients across all acuity levels
- Delivering rapid interventions for emergencies such as cardiac issues, stroke, trauma, and sepsis
- Administering emergency medications, IV therapy, and treatments
- Responding to codes and trauma activations as part of the resuscitation team
Requirements
At least 2 years of recent ER experience and an active Texas RN license.
Skills
Proficiency with the Meditech EMR system.
