Travel EP Tech

Responsibilities

• Assist in electrophysiology procedures such as cardiac studies, ablations, and device implantations.
• Prepare patients, operate and troubleshoot lab equipment, monitor patient responses, and support cardiac mapping and interventions.
• Perform assessments, educate patients and families, administer medications, monitor cardiac rhythms, and ensure a sterile environment.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop treatment plans and provide post-procedure care while adhering to safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year recent experience as an EP Lab Tech
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification

• Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to move equipment and remain in various positions
• Proficiency in reading and following instructions, PC skills, and visual acuity
• Ability to work under pressure, handle irregular schedules, and interact effectively with diverse personnel
