About the role
We are seeking a skilled Electrophysiology (EP) Lab RN for a travel assignment. In this role, you will be responsible for patient assessments, procedural support, medication administration, and post-procedure monitoring. You will collaborate with electrophysiologists to treat cardiac arrhythmias, perform ablations, and implant devices while ensuring safe and effective care.
Responsibilities
- Educate patients on procedures and post-care instructions
- Assist with electrophysiology procedures, including ablations and device implants
- Maintain sterile techniques during procedures
- Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
- Provide procedural support and medication administration
Requirements
- At least one year of recent EP lab experience
- Valid RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- PALS or ENPC certifications (preferred)
- RCES or RCIS certifications (preferred)
