Travel Endoscopy RN - $2,301 per week

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a quality Endoscopy Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment with one of our top healthcare clients in Columbus, Ohio.

About the role

This is a travel nursing position in Endoscopy, starting on 09/08/2026 for a duration of 13 weeks. The schedule is 36 hours per week, with 12-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessment and data collection in an ongoing, systematic manner, focusing on physiologic, psychobiologic, and cognitive needs of the patient and family.
• Utilize assessment data to formulate nursing diagnoses.
• Provide technical assistance during diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, ensuring safe working practices.
• Maintain personal contact with patients and relatives, ensuring courtesy, dignity, privacy, and a friendly environment.
• Store, check, and administer medication in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
• Maintain timely and accurate nursing records while respecting confidentiality.
• Work with minimal supervision during endoscopic procedures, patient admission, recovery, and related procedures.

Endoscopy Nurses (RN) are expected to have expertise in endoscopy, including understanding physiology, pathophysiology, endoscopy procedures, and pharmacodynamics of conscious sedation anesthesia and analgesia.

Requirements

• Active RN License.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Endoscopy setting.
