About the role
Travel Endoscopy RN position in Salem, Massachusetts. 13‑week assignment, 40 hours per week, day shift.
Responsibilities
- Work in a 7‑room endoscopy unit (GI/ENDO) with 4 MAC and 3 conscious sedation procedures, plus holding and recovery rooms.
- Maintain a 1:1 clinician‑to‑patient ratio in procedure rooms and 1:2‑3 in PACU.
- Provide care to a diverse patient population averaging 60‑70 procedures per day.
- Utilize EPIC electronic medical record for charting.
- Perform GI technician duties, Olympus scope set‑up, handling, and reprocessing.
- Unit comprises 18 PACU bays and 8 procedural rooms.
- Open weekdays with on‑call coverage for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
