Job Summary

The ENDO LAB (Endoscopy Laboratory) Registered Nurse in this location provides specialized nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopic and invasive procedures, with or without sedation. This role involves collaboration with the pre-operative care team, assessment of patient needs, and ensuring high-quality, safe patient care throughout the procedure process.

Job Details

• Certifications: BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA)
• Education Requirements: ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing) or Nursing Diploma
• Location Requirements: Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of employment start
• Additional Information: Demonstrates proficiency in the technical aspects of gastrointestinal (GI) equipment, supports patient education, and documents equipment use for billing and inventory purposes.
• Skills & Experience: Experience at performing the technical portion of GI equipment, ability to work within an interdisciplinary team, and strong understanding of safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and technical procedures.

Pay & Schedule

Pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
