The position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting both inpatient and outpatient services with a focus on procedural care.

- Shift: Days, 8 hours (0730-1600); hours may vary with 2-3 late days per week based on recovery/procedure census

Responsibilities
- Perform direct patient care activities for all age groups, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Coordinate with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort
- Function within the scope of nursing practice and in accordance with organizational standards and professional guidelines
- Work with delicate instruments, fluoroscopy, and various endoscopic equipment, including Olympus scopes and ERBE cautery units
Requirements
- Valid RN license (eligible for licensure in Missouri or currently licensed)
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in procedure room, charting, turning, and conscious sedation
- Good communication and flexibility to adapt to differing schedules and physical demands
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification from the American Association of Surgical Nurses (CGRN) within 2 years after hire
- EPIC electronic medical record experience within the past year
