Must be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced ED environment and caring for patients across all acuity levels.Required Certs to be attached upon submittal: Active RN license/compact eligibility, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS required. TNCC preferred.Charting Experience: Epic experience preferred. Candidate must have recent electronic medical record/charting experience and be able to quickly adapt to department workflows.Patient Population: Pediatric, adult, and geriatric emergency patients across all acuity levels, including medical, surgical, cardiac, respiratory, behavioral health, and trauma presentations.Skillset: Strong ED assessment, triage, prioritization, and critical-thinking skills. Must be comfortable managing high-acuity and critically ill patients, including cardiac emergencies, stroke, sepsis, respiratory failure, trauma, behavioral health emergencies, and pediatric patients. IV initiation, medication administration, cardiac monitoring, emergency response, and management of multiple patients with competing priorities required.
