Job Summary

The Emergency Room (ER) Nursing professional is sought for a facility located in Poughkeepsie, New York. This role involves providing high-quality emergency care in a busy, Level 2 trauma, acute care teaching hospital with 349 beds. The position requires working overnight shifts and supporting the emergency department during a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Details

• Shift: Nights, 07:00:00 PM 07:30:00 AM, with alternating weekends and holiday rotation
• Schedule: 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in New York
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• 2+ years of emergency department experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN)
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
