About the Role

ARMStaffing is seeking an experienced Emergency Department (ED) nurse for a travel nursing assignment in Elmira, New York. This position is in a 48 treatment space ED, requiring a strong background in emergency nursing to ensure high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• Duration: 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, nights (07:00 PM to 07:30 AM)
• Employment Type: Travel

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
• Monitor patient conditions and manage treatment plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies with effective interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements

• Valid state nursing license required.
• Previous experience in emergency nursing strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of emergency care protocols and procedures.
• Ability to handle emergencies effectively and efficiently.
