Travel Emergency Room RN - $2,211 per week

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in providing high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced emergency department environment. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the emergency department.
• Assess patient conditions and needs accurately and promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and discharge instructions.

Requirements

• Three (3) years of recent Emergency Department experience required.
• BSN is required.
• Travel experience required (must have completed at least one contract assignment).
• High volume/fast pace experience preferred.
• Epic experience is required.
• Current NJ License or Compact License.
• AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications are required (pending certifications or those expiring within 30 days of submission are not accepted).

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Schedule Nights 12 (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM) with every other weekend or 3 weekends per month depending on needs.
