Job Summary

Emergency Room Nurse position in Pomeroy, Washington, offering a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive nursing care in a supportive rural healthcare setting. The assignment begins with approximately four weeks of Emergency Department coverage, including planned vacation coverage, then transitions into a mix of Emergency Department and Acute Care shifts. This role includes on-call components to support backup Emergency Department coverage during night shifts, providing a diverse and autonomous nursing experience.

Schedule

• Night shifts, 12 hours per shift
• Minimum of 36 hours per week
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 08/03/2026

Required Qualifications

• Certifications, educational background, and licensing requirements to meet state regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Emergency Room nursing is preferred but not required
• Flexibility in shift assignments
• Previous rural healthcare experience is a plus

• Float rotation may be required
