Travel Emergency Room RN - $1,820 per week

Emergency Room (ER) Nurse position located in a cardio-focused hospital setting with a level II trauma designation. The role involves providing acute patient care predominantly for elderly and pediatric populations, with a high patient volume.

About the role

• 13-week travel assignment in Glenview, Illinois
• 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week
• Start date: 09/06/2026
• Float rotation may be required

Responsibilities

• Provide acute patient care in a high-volume emergency department (around 3,000 patients per month)
• Care for elderly and pediatric populations in a Level II trauma center
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system

Requirements

• Active Illinois RN license
• CPR certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or Trauma Nursing Services (TNS)
• 2+ years of ER experience
• Must pass an EKG test on the first day

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
