About the role

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department (ED) in Wilson, North Carolina. The assignment is 13 weeks, 36 hours per week, with 12‑hour day shifts. The facility has 26 beds, patient ratios of 1:4‑5 (flexible by acuity), uses GE monitors and standard ED equipment, runs Meditech EHR, and allows any scrub color. Wilson is located 45 miles east of Raleigh, about 2 hours from the NC coast, 1 hour from major universities (Duke, NC State, UNC Chapel Hill, East Carolina University), and a 15‑minute drive to Lake Wilson; the area is home to historic Fleming Stadium.

Requirements

• 2 years of recent ED nursing experience (firm)
• Proficiency with Meditech EHR (firm)
• Active NC or Compact RN license
