The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a commitment to patient safety and excellent clinical practices. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Department. Triage and prioritize patient needs effectively. Collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Qualifications Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a high-stress environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. BLS and ACLS certification required. Shift Details This position requires availability for night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
