About the role

Travel Registered Nurse position in the Detox Unit (Emergency Department specialty) in Pulaski, Tennessee. Start date: October 12, 2026. Duration: 13‑week contract. Schedule: 36 hours per week, 12‑hour night shifts (19:00 – 07:30). Employment type: Travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care for individuals undergoing detoxification from substances.
• Conduct bedside shift reports and collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for withdrawal symptoms using CIWA/COWS protocols.
• Assist with bedside procedures such as PICC lines and midlines.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using HMS/Medhost EHR.

Requirements

• Active RN license in Tennessee.
• Certification in BLS, ALS, and PALS required.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience with CIWA/COWS protocols preferred.

Skills

• Detox/ER patient care.
• Medication administration.
