About the role
This is a 13-week travel contract position in the Emergency Department. The assignment requires 36 hours per week on a night shift schedule (19:00 - 07:00).
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Department nursing.
- Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required.
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
