Certifications Required

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) before starting date on hire
• BLS (Basic Life Support) before starting date on hire
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) before starting date on hire
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) before starting date on hire
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) before starting date on hire
• NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) before starting date on hire
• ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) within 90 days of hire

Requested Skill Set

• 2 years of experience in Level 2 trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, high volume 100,000 visit ED
• Previous HCA experience preferred

Must Have

• 2 years of experience as a nurse with at least 1-year experience in ER setting
• Teamwork mentality
• Ability to coach and give feedback in real time
• Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED
