Travel Emergency Department RN

This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered emergency care as part of an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices to ensure safe and individualized patient care. Strong emphasis is placed on effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration with healthcare professionals, patients, and families. Responsibilities also include participating in performance improvement activities, supporting research and evidence-based practice, and serving as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional development. Candidates must have a nursing license compliant with state regulations, with required certifications including BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS in place prior to employment. Preferred qualifications include previous travel experience and a bachelor's degree in nursing.
