Are you an experienced Emergency Department RN ready for your next travel assignment? 🩺 Position Highlights Specialty: Emergency Department / ERUnit Size: 16 bedsTypical Patient Ratio: 1:4Shift: Days Schedule: 7a-7:30 pRTO: Maximum of 1 weekRTO Blackout Dates: NoneRequired Holidays: NoneScrub Color: NavyNO CALL NO FLOATING NO 48 hour RTO BLACKOUT- LABOR DAY 👩‍⚕️ Key Responsibilities Provide safe, efficient, and compassionate emergency care.Perform patient assessments and prioritize care based on acuity.Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders.Monitor patients and recognize changes in condition promptly.Respond effectively to emergency situations and rapidly changing patient needs.Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.Provide patient and family education regarding treatment and follow-up care.Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes in Cerner.Float to other areas as required by facility needs. ✅ Required Qualifications RN LICENSURE- TN or Compact State nursing licenseBLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP CPI required but may be obtained after contract start (provided on site)Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experienceCritical care assessment and management, IV skills, Cardiac Monitoring Competency SCOPE - Triage of patients, critical thinking, assessment skills, nursing skills to include IV/IO, Chest Tube Management, Catheterization, Critical Care Drip comfortability, etc. TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM FACILITY Cerner EMR experienceStrong emergency nursing assessment and critical-thinking skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment 🚨 Important Traveler Requirements Please review carefully before submitting: Travelers must live more than 50 miles from the facility.
