Job Summary

The Ultrasonographer Echo (Sonographer) position is available in Burlington, Vermont. This assignment involves performing adult echocardiography studies in an adult echo laboratory setting. The role requires working with adult patient populations including inpatient, outpatient, and ICU cases.

Schedule

• Days shift
• 8 hours per day
• Minimum of 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• ARDCS (ARDMS or CCI) certification
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)
• EKG recognition
• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Recent EPIC electronic medical record system experience within the past 2 years

Additional Information

• This is a short-term assignment for approximately 6 weeks.
• Assignments may include floating to outpatient facilities; some call may be required.
• The role involves performing 7-8 studies daily and working with adult patients in inpatient, outpatient, and ICU settings.
• Reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle, is strongly recommended as public transportation is not accessible in this area.
• All employment gaps over 30 days must be explained.
• Complete work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) is required for submission.
• No block scheduling is permitted.

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
