About the role
The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Rehabilitation Therapist Director for a position in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the rehabilitation therapy program at the SNF
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Rehabilitation Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania
- At least 2 years of experience in a SNF setting
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or related field
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Skills
- Proficiency in rehabilitation therapy techniques

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
