About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Dallas, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and standards of practice.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) License.
- BLS Certification.
Qualifications
- Experience in SNF settings preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Skilled in assessing and treating physical impairments.
- Proficient in using therapeutic modalities.
- Strong clinical decision-making abilities.
Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,800.00 (Based on 40 hours)
Schedule
8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
