The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Rehabilitation Therapist Director for a position in Belle Fourche, South Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the rehabilitation therapy program
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies

Requirements

• Current active license
• Experience in SNF rehabilitation therapy
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and protocols
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SNF rehabilitation therapy
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer preferred

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in computer software related to healthcare

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
