Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN Director of Nursing for a 13-week assignment in Waukon, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
• Ensure staff development and competency in all areas of nursing practice
• Manage nursing staff effectively to meet departmental goals
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum 5 years of progressive nursing management experience
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Qualifications

• Passport required for international assignments
• Travel authorization required
