Travel Desk Lead
About the Role
Indagare is seeking a Travel Desk Lead to help launch, shape, and scale a new product line within the Bookings Department. This role aims to enrich the Self Planner offering and provide a faster, more turn-key service to members seeking expert travel planning support without the full scope of Custom Planning services. The Travel Desk Lead will partner closely with the Sr. Director of Bookings and the Operations Manager to beta test workflows, pricing strategies, and service models for the Trip Desk, identify ideal customer segments, and determine workflows and operating processes.
With support from the Hotel Reservations Team, this role will regularly interface with members in a sales-oriented, trip-planning capacity to drive itinerary planning forward. It requires extensive familiarity with Indagare destination knowledge, trip-planning style, preferred operators, and standard operating procedures. You will report to the Sr. Director of Bookings.
Responsibilities

- Expand your knowledge of the travel industry and destinations via Indagare training.
- Partner with Bookings Leadership to design and refine the Trip Desk offering through beta testing, customer feedback, and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and turnaround time while maintaining a high-quality member experience.
- Potential to grow and manage a team of Travel Desk Associates, depending on the level hired.
- In collaboration with Indagare's Impact department, support impact initiatives relevant to your department and ensure alignment with these efforts.
