About the Role

PerLuxe Travels is hiring a Travel Data Coordinator to strengthen decision-ready analysis across premium resorts, cruises, Disney trips, family and couples travel, group planning, quotes, and travel-rule research. The role focuses on travel data coordination within premium travel research, ensuring owners, evidence, and next actions are visible.

Responsibilities

• Own the Travel Data Coordinator workflow by helping the team document calculations and assumptions.
• Coordinate the workflow by translating findings into practical next actions.
• Review the workflow by validating source data before analysis.
• Maintain the workflow by building reports around clearly defined metrics.
• Track the workflow by investigating anomalies instead of masking them.

Qualifications

• Use Travel Data Coordination and Stakeholder Communication confidently in premium travel research.
• Apply the Travel Data Coordinator Workflow without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Document reporting decisions clearly so another teammate can follow the reasoning.
• Use sound judgment around Dashboard Reporting, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.

Role Details

Full-time, associate-level position. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
