Data Coordinator

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Data Coordinator to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $50,000 to $55,000 per year. Job Responsibilities Maintain product data records by creating, updating, and reviewing information within company systems. Verify the accuracy and completeness of product related information before releasing records for operational use. Manage documentation files and ensure records are organized, current, and easily accessible. Support projects and data maintenance activities while meeting established priorities and deadlines. Follow company quality, safety, and administrative procedures while assisting with additional departmental needs. Requirements Hold a high school diploma or equivalent credential. 1+ year(s) of professional experience in an administrative, data entry, or related support role. Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer applications. Possess the ability to respond accurately and efficiently to requests while managing multiple priorities. Maintain strong attention to detail when reviewing information and identifying discrepancies. Qualifications Apply strong organizational and time management skills to complete assignments within established deadlines. Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and stakeholders across the organization. Demonstrate a willingness to learn new processes, systems, and responsibilities as business needs evolve.
