About the Role

As a CVOR Surgical Technologist, you will assist with cardiovascular surgical procedures in the operating room. Responsibilities include gathering, organizing, and sterilizing all surgical tools needed for procedures, and maintaining excellent communication to quickly comprehend and respond to the needs of the surgical team and patients.

Qualifications

• Certificate from an accredited Surgical Technologist program
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills including patience, empathy, and compassion
• Effective communication skills (active listening, writing, speaking, reading comprehension)
• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
