Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Open Heart professional in a high-volume healthcare setting. This role involves providing experienced circulator services for complex cardiac, thoracic, and vascular procedures within a dedicated Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) service line. The candidate must be capable of functioning independently in a fast-paced surgical environment, supporting a range of procedures including coronary artery bypass, valve repair/replacement, and endovascular interventions.

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, Saturday and Sunday from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, with an additional weekday shift (Monday or Tuesday) based on departmental needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of recent full-time experience as a CVOR circulator in a high-volume hospital setting, with demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of cardiac, thoracic, and vascular procedures.
- Must provide verifiable references from at least two prior travel assignments confirming no training was needed.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a CVOR team in complex cardiac and thoracic procedures and demonstrating proficiency across the full scope of CVOR duties.
